Delays at Public Guardian Office

There has been anger at the delays in registering Lasting Powers of Attorney with the Guardian Office. Often delays are caused by small errors and difficulty in understanding the forms. Lasting Pwers of Attorney are not able to be used until registered unlike the law pre October 2007. For assistance in completing the forms contact Sharon Smith.
