Pre Nuptials update

Following a landmark decision in the Court of Appeal, Pre Nuptial Agreeements took a step further to being accepted as being legally binding by a court in the event of a dispute between the parties. Val Wormald's article in Accent Magasine highlighted the probems of these Agreements in that at present the court needs to be satisfied that the Agreement should stand whereas now the Court oF Appeal favour the the party trying to avoid it should prove why this shoud be. However a change in existing law is still needed by Parliament to make them legally binding on the courts.
