The Employment Tribunal

We specialise in giving sound advice and representation at the Employment Tribunal. If you have not yet made a claim and are considering doing so, it is important to act very quickly. Settlement Agreements

If an agreement has been reached between an employee and their employer – such as voluntary redundancy, settlement agreements for employers, and assisting and advising employees on compromise agreements that their employer has presented to them to sign.

We can assist with drafting letters of appointment and contracts of employment and advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures as well as redundancy procedures.
