Conveyancing Solicitor

We are currently seeking a conveyancing solicitor with at least 4 years post-qualified experience to work at our busy Newcastle Upon Tyne office. CILEx and CLC may be considered depending on experience. Candidates must have a proven track record in handling transactional caseloads of sales, purchases, re-mortgage and transfers of equity from instruction to post completion.

The ability to work unsupervised and handle a full caseload autonomously is a must. We are Lexcel and CQS accredited so they will be expected to adhere to policies and procedures required by such accreditations. A successful candidate will be able to offer a high level of client care and will be expected to participate in networking and promotion of the firm. This role presents a great opportunity for career development and potential associate or even directorship opportunity.

Salary is subject to experience.

Family Solicitor

We are currently seeking a full time family solicitor with at least 3 years post-qualified experience to work at our busy Newcastle Upon Tyne office. Candidates must be proficient in handling matrimonial cases, private law children cases and care proceedings. Advocacy skills are essential. The ability to work unsupervised and handle a full caseload autonomously is a must.

A successful candidate will be able to offer a high level of client care and will be expected to participate in networking and promotion of the firm. They would head up small team covering all three of our offices and as such have the ability to work independently and be able to fully support and supervise the team. This role presents a great opportunity for career development. Panel membership is preferable but not essential. Salary is subject to experience.
