We currently have a vacancy for a full time conveyancing assistant at our busy Blyth office. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate with previous experience in all conveyancing administration. The role would involve providing support to a conveyancer. An ideal candidate would be a good communicator with an ability to work on their own initiative.
Key elements of the role include:
- Providing quotes
- Carrying out Land Registry searches
- Obtaining office copies
- Drafting contracts
- Carrying out registrations
- Updating clients and estate agents
- Opening files

We are currently seeking a conveyancing solicitor or conveyancing paralegal to work at our busy Blyth office. Candidates must have a proven track record in handling transactional caseloads of sales, purchases, re-mortgage and transfers of equity from instruction to post completion.
The ability to work unsupervised and handle a full caseload autonomously is a must. We are Lexcel and CQS accredited so they will be expected to adhere to policies and procedures required by such accreditations. A successful candidate will be able to offer a high level of client care and will be expected to participate in networking and promotion of the firm. This role presents a great opportunity for career development. Salary is subject to experience.
