How do I love thee? Let me count the ways

We all have people in our lives who we care about deeply and there are lots of ways to say I love you this Valentines Day.

As a Lover –

I will make a Lasting Power of Attorney Health and Welfare so that when I am no longer able to speak you will be my voice.

As a Parent –

I will face my own mortality and make a Will appointing Guardians to care for you when I am gone.

As your Child –

I will apply for Court of Protection to be your Receiver and protect you in you old age.

As your Ex-lover –

I will remember our love and work together through Resolution Mediation and Collaborative law to reach agreement on our parting.

As your Neighbour –

I will be mindful of your boundaries and take legal advice before challenging them and I will remember a Charity in my Will.
