Following a firm-wide vote, Carr & Co has selected Anxious Minds to be our 2026 Charity of the Year.
Anxious Minds is a multi-award-winning veteran and community mental health charity based in the North East.
Since its founding in 2015, they have been dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome challenges related to mental health, trauma, abuse, anxiety, and emotional distress by being a vital provider of early intervention and sustained mental health support, including counselling, peer support and community-based services. They support people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and crisis, with a strong focus on veterans, young people, and those most at risk.
Their mission is to ensure that no one has to face mental health challenges alone by providing rapid, person-centred care and creating safe, welcoming environments that foster healing and resilience.
